The scientific method is the basis of the auxiell approach, result of the union between the 4Ds and SPDCA.
In fact, each auxiell project is divided into five basic steps:
Scan, the analysis of the current state.
Plan, designing the future state and planning the activities to achieve it – but also the definition of quantitative targets (and appropriate KPI / indicators).
Do, the implementation of what has been designed, according to the defined plan.
Check, testing the implemented measures and checking the achieved objectives defined in the Plan phase.
Act, the stabilisation and standardisation of the designed future state, now became reality.
