SkillUp: virtual training centre

For change to happen, a series of interconnected elements is necessary - not just technical issues, but aspects that closely involve people, their skills, and their motivations.
At auxiell, we have developed experience over time to intervene in the human factors that enable change, to facilitate, streamline, and speed up transformation.
SkillUp, our on-demand e-learning platform, accompanies people through an ongoing training experience tailored to individual needs. With a structure that follows the 7 principles of the auxiell Lean System, the user can embark on a growth path that, starting from basic knowledge, leads them to develop advanced skills through interactive, always-updated courses and assessment tests.
Training proposal: Two pathways
Induction
The basic pathway is called Lean Induction and is designed to introduce the fundamental concepts of the lean system, starting with the principles and moving on to the simplest techniques and methods. It is designed for companies embarking on the transformation journey.
Workout
The advanced pathway, on the other hand, is called Lean Workout and is dedicated to an expert audience, aiming to provide useful information to start concrete transformation. The different training plans in this case are designed for companies that have already embarked on a transformation journey and need to strengthen specific skills.
Lean Workout deepens and strengthens specific skills in a highly specialised manner, focusing on individual skills, with the option of tailored pathways designed ad hoc for each role in the company:
- Genba Leader: The promoter of improvements in their company's production processes. Responsible for monitoring and implementing machine improvements, with the goal of increasing production.
- Lean Agent: The person in the company tasked with initiating and overseeing the entire transformation process. Their objective is to achieve the best results from the transformation of processes, companies, and plants.
- Lean Engineer: Focused primarily on machines, dealing daily with measuring and monitoring parameters, adjustments, and timings. With a highly technical background, their goal is to guide the process at the highest technological level.
- Lean Material Manager: Oversees procurement, material management, supplier relations, process step management, and both the internal and external handling of operations.
- Lean Product Owner: Works daily to develop new products and is responsible for designing and creating profitable new business lines.
- Lean Customer Expert: Spends their time managing all aspects related to customer retention and acquisition; aims to design an efficient and streamlined sales process.
