Responsibilities:

Analyse processes using appropriate techniques specific to the auxiell lean system, identifying opportunities for improvement

Conduct process analysis activities, including mapping both production and non-production flows, distinguishing value-creating activities from non-value-creating ones

Plan corrective actions for process standardisation to ensure a definitive resolution of issues

Identify, assess, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and process metrics

Coordinate the activities of the internal team and client to transform the analysed processes by implementing the appropriate identified techniques

Create standards and standard work procedures to ensure the new processes function effectively

Monitor the performance of transformed processes and verify adherence to shared standards

Act as a lecturer at client companies and professional training organisations

Requirements:

Preferably a degree in engineering (management or mechanical) or economics (with a managerial aptitude)

Passion for process improvement

Determination and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong inclination to 'ask why things happen'

Focus on projects and objectives

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude

Willingness to travel frequently, both within Italy and abroad

Good knowledge of English (knowledge of another foreign language is a plus)

Basic understanding of lean system principles, techniques, and tools

Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite, with a particular focus on spreadsheets and databases
