Responsibilities:

Promote solutions and tools to identify and report opportunities for process standardisation, ensuring a definitive approach to problem resolution through shared analysis of root causes and corresponding solutions

Conduct process analysis activities, including mapping both production and non-production flows, distinguishing value-creating activities from non-value-creating ones

Identify areas and processes with potential for improvement

Collect and analyse specific reports of issues requiring resolution

Requirements:

Ideal candidates are undergraduates in engineering (management or mechanical) or economics (with a managerial aptitude)

Determination and a problem-solving mindset, with a strong inclination to 'ask why things happen'

Focus on projects and objectives

Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude

Good knowledge of English (knowledge of another foreign language is a plus)

Basic understanding of lean system principles, techniques, and tools

Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite, with a particular focus on spreadsheets and databases
