Value Delivery Manager

The Value Delivery Manager (M/F/X) is responsible for the Value Delivery process. They possess the necessary skills to act as a Project Manager in transformation projects.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate team activities to transform the analysed processes by implementing the identified techniques

Identify and capitalise on up-selling and cross-selling opportunities with partner companies in the group
Define and communicate project objectives and the KPIs required to monitor progress
Plan and meet project milestones and associated targets
Plan specific activities and allocate project resources
Act as a lecturer at client companies and professional training organisation

Requirements:

Determination and ability to generate value for the client

Focus on both operational and sales projects and objectives
Strong interpersonal skills and proven experience in managing teams
Direct and substantial experience in transforming processes within structured organisations
Experience in managing teams, both internal and external

Good knowledge of English (knowledge of another foreign language is a plus)
In-depth understanding of lean system principles, techniques, and tools
Proficient knowledge of the MS Office suite, with a particular focus on spreadsheets and databases
