Works directly in the field to identify and solve problems, eliminate waste, and improve project performance.
Serves as a key point of reference for both the auxiell team and the client. This role involves identifying critical project challenges, planning
activities, and leading transformation phases.
We support our clients every day to help them become role models. To achieve this, we select high-potential candidates and support them in developing the skills needed to lead complex transformation projects.
We offer students employment-focused internships, actively involving them in client projects and providing practical training in lean system principles.
